Program requires Internet Explorer 4.0 or better to operate. Software shipped on CD.

 

Impact of XP Service Pack 2 installation (9/26/04)

At the time of this writing, XP's Service Pack 2 has a tremendous number of bugs in it, one of which halts your ability to utilize The Knitter's Desktop Companion. Your options are...do not install SP2 until they fix the bugs, uninstall SP2, follow Microsofts 'fix' instructions available at http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?kbid=842242 or contact us for access to a free download of KDC which is not affected by the SP2 bugs. The problems only occur when you download the new release of Microsoft Windows XP, Service Pack 2. No other operating system versions are affected.
