looking high and low for a pattern using very chunky yarn.
SS solved my problem. It is so flexible. You can go from
infant sizes to Sasquatch male sizes. It's the best knitting
purchase I ever made.

| The help file on measuring was very useful
(I discovered the ball of my foot and the "correct" cuff
measurement were the same -- I had been measuring too high
up). I also want to tell you how GREAT the help file on
provisional cast on is -- I have been struggling with different
methods of starting a toe-up sock and found yours to be
so easy and clearly explained. Many thanks.
